Who is responsible for your data
This website, daiva-consulting.com, is operated by Daiva Jezukeviciute (“I”, “me”), an independent payroll & finance operations consultant based in Spain. For any privacy question, please use the contact form.
What I collect
- Enquiries you send via the contact form: your name, email, and any company, website, or message you provide.
- Usage data (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, and how you interact with the site, collected via Google Analytics.
- Server logs: like most websites, my hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and time of access), kept briefly to keep the site secure and running.
Why and on what basis
I use enquiry details solely to respond to you and discuss working together (legal basis: steps taken at your request / legitimate interest). I use analytics to understand and improve the site (legal basis: your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time).
Who processes it
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox.
- Google Analytics — website analytics (only with your consent).
- Hostinger — website hosting.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are stored (Google Consent Mode). You can decline, or change your mind later by clearing this site’s storage in your browser. Essential functionality does not require cookies.
Children
This site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their personal data.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, please use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
This policy is provided as a general template and is not legal advice. It should be reviewed against your specific circumstances and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional.
