Every engagement is project-based and scoped to the situation, not billed hourly. A short call tells us the right shape and scale of the work.

Each service is different. Project-based engagements have a defined scope and timeline agreed before work begins. The Fractional Operations Lead runs on a monthly basis, usually three to six months. I don't set a fixed timeline before understanding what we're actually dealing with.

Is this right for a company our size?

I work with companies of 50 to 500 people, typically post-funding and scaling across multiple countries. If your payroll and finance operations are outgrowing the structure underneath them, yes.

Complexity is usually the point. The more entities, countries and exceptions you have, the more a clear operating model matters. I have worked inside these companies, accountable when things broke.

Do you work with Finance or with HR?

Both. The problems usually live in the gap between them. I came up through accounting before moving into payroll operations, so I can sit with a CFO and a payroll team and translate in both directions.
